if that banner won't embedded in your site you could add a border

yes adding a 1px border would be good
you also have the curved line that isn't antialiased
moreover there's another thing that you might not have considered, you chose a weird size for a banner, you are going to have hard times to find an ad spot that fits your size!
post the banner again when you applied the changes (if you decide to)

Fix the gradient. And the color, and make the blends more into the picture, it looks to unnatural. But good work on the animations.

change the gradients and be aware of sharpy lines when you're working on a sneak designs, also change the blend mode in a way to make the peace more colorized not so monotone, you can improvize with the color manipulation tools to beautify it
