 I'm Jay have lot of questions to ask. I would like to know how to take a business card design in photshop an make it my website design an take a photo anput it as the top part of a site I have CS2 Adobe Suite need Help AAAP!

hey welcome!
if you already have a business card you probably have it's original file that you can open in photoshop....otherwise you should ask the designer who made it for you
well you can't simply take a shot and put in your website as there's no "set as top of my website" function in any known software on earth 
you need to take the shot, open it in some kind of graphic software and crop the part you want to set as yout header image, then you need to use HTML to make it display in your header |
