Getting data From MYsql to Forms

I have converted an Access database using a convert tool and am using the BitNami WAMPStack 0.9.3 which includes MYSQL DB PHP and PHP administrator and Apache web server which all runs within Windows XP.

I can see all the forms from the conversion i can also see that MYSQL has created the database BUT what i can not see is when i launch the site in Apache the data is not feeding through from the database? So my question is how do i conect the data sitting in the MYSQL database to the front end forms or fields?

Would really be great if somebody out there has done this and can advise
